Account Banned 4 years ago. Would like a review.

To whom it may concern,

I have an account that has been banned, and am unable to file for a case review. Long story short, while I was serving in the US Marines, my little brother continued to use my account for XBL. During this time frame, he told me he accessed modified
Call of Duty lobbies to attain accelerated experience. I understand he violated XBL Terms of Service, but I feel a console ban would have been more appropriate. He has created a new free Xbox Live account, and continued on with no repercussions, while I am
left with a banned account that has all the contacts of friends I can no longer find. I have spoken with your support team, and they have said to file a review for me, I can provide a transcript if needed. I would like this case opened for review. On your
enforcement page it states:

I believe that enforcing community guidelines is vitally important to keeping the XBL experience clean and fair, but I have paid the price for others, albeit family members, actions. I have not rejoined the XBL community since my old account was banned,
only creating an new account for the new Windows 8 and Windows 10 marketplace. I would like to rejoin the XBL community this fall with the release of Halo 5 and some after Thanksgiving Xbox One sales, however I cannot see myself doing so if I cannot reconnect
with the old friends and contacts that were made in my past game time. I have not joined the next gen console community, but would like to re-join. Please consider my plea for a case review for my old account so I may rejoin the Xbox community.

Please feel free to contact me for further information, I have support chat logs that try to rectify this issue, and I was finally given the forums as my only means of enforcement team contact. I had been a loyal Xbox Gold member for YEARS prior to my military
service and wrongful ban, and I believe I should be entitled to at least a review of my unnecessary ban.

The account in question is my old account prior to my departure into the US Marines.

All my accounts

That didn't awnser my question only one of my accounts got perma banned 2 years ago. I'm asking that all the accounts my family makes will hat get me banned we have 4 gold accounts and I made a few silver accounts 2 years ago.

 

6 years ago I received a suspension

I'm currently unable to submit a case review because the account was banned 6 years ago, so long ago there was no way to make a case review and I am unable to submit one now because the ban was given so long ago and the case review system I assume was
implemented recently. Is there any way this could be forwarded to the Enforcement Team?

 

Unfortunately there is absolutely no one on this forum who can help you. Enforcement does not read this forum. You can try leave a post here
