    i was permanently banned for 'cheating' but i wasnt the one modding but it was the condition of the 360 gta5 servers that caused it. the servers are overran with modders but im the one who got banned. banning people who have been around modders or affected
    by modders doesnt sound like an effective way of cleaning the xbox live servers

    Secondary accounts can generate ban?

    I'm contacting you about a banishment I've been subjected to.

    Just bought an Xbox Digital game but it’s attached to a profile

    Buying/selling of accounts is not allowed per the code of conduct/terms of use. So using the account to access the game can put you at risk for banishment.

    The Black Separation Crystal CANNOT banish invaders.....

    It is only there to banish friendly phantoms or send yourself home from being a phantom.

    And yes it would defeat the purpose of the game because people would just banish the invader if they started losing the PVP battle.
