Account ban

My friends account has been banned can't access his account he has been reported for harassment abuse and threats even when he had the communication ban and the times that he had been reported was really early in the morning when he was not even online he
is completely inoccent can you please help me

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

He can log in at enforcement.xbox.com and view his ban. He can also file a case review from there if the ban is eligible.

 

he sent a review but he honestly has not done anything wrong he got reported or verbal abuse when he was on a communication ban when he got completely banned for verbal abuse would it be possible for anyone to have a look into this issue the account is also
upheld which why should someone who hasn't done anything got banned please could you help thanks

 

Unfortunately if the ban is upheld there is nothing further that can be done. The enforcement team can take time to take action on certain reports so it is possible that the issue that lead to the bans could have happened days/weeks ago.

Why dont you just use your memory

You admitted yourself you retaliated instead of spreading false info look at what you sent yourself

One they cannot repeat an offensive word

Yku do not understand how they work they abide by the same rules as you do

Slang and hate words and using the a method to avoid the word filter like replacing letters with symbols doesn't hide the offence

Live life and play fair it's not rocket science

 

@op as bowski said it may not be from the same day it takes weeks not days to issue a ban

Also should be noted multiples violations like cursing via multiple.msgs to the same person does count as harassment

And multiple violations not nessarily all.at once can lead to a perm ban of the account I suggest your friend start familiarizing himself with common sense and the code of conduct
