Account Ban

So I have been reciveing multiple bans over the last few weeks, only lasting a day or two, for "violating the terms of use agreement" yet it doesnt specifically state exactly what i did, and the page for the xbox enforcement has been down for three weeks.
There is no number to call to talk to a human being, and the virtual assistant seems to be limited to Yes/No answers, making my query impossible to answer. Just keeps asking the same three questions on repeat, and also claims that there is no ban on my account,
but my console says there is every time i boot it up

The only services affected are my ability to use headsets and messaging through my Xbox console.

My gaming habits and use of my console have not changed, i am not doing anything new or different, and its getting really annoying because these bans happen to coincide with the days im planning on gamon with friends, so i have to use discord on my phone
to talk to my friends.

Anybody else have this issue, and how did you rectify it, or get a hold of a human being who works for microsoft? Any info would be great

An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.

There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.

Hi! if it's a console ban, the account is not affected by the ban. If it's an account ban, you'll have to open a new account.

A console ban will not do anything to your account. Harassment is more likely to cause his account to be permanently banned rather than a console ban. But if there is a console ban it does not ban the accounts on the console.

no their accounts are not account banned.

As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
