account ban

this guy was abusing me for ages and i barely say anything i just take and some how i get banned???

i need my xbox live back before friday and i cant submit a case review for another 24 hours

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to hopefully have a suspension lifted. All you can do is wait until you can submit a case review.

 

Also, if this occurs in the future, you can just report and block the person. You don't need to interact with people that are toxic.

Unfortunately the process regarding enforcement actions has to go through the Enforcement website :
Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team. There you will see any options or information that may be available regarding your Suspension or any possible case
reviews.

I just got a comunication Ban because of saying a toxic person that was insulting and team killing, shut the
(Mod Removed-Profanity) up, is that fair? Because I dont think so. didnt expect this from Microsoft i swear, its only one day but its not fair, thats the case.
