    Account ban?


    Alright so i have postes in the console/account banning forum like 3-4 times and it keeps getting deleted

    I got told by custmor support to post here and she said to explain whaqt happened or what ever and i did in my last post and she said that i will most likely get my account back.?

    i logged into my account the otherday and it said i was banned forever so i went to my email to check what it was for and i got banned fo 'Account Theft' in wish no way ever i have done that, so i dont know why you guys would put me up for it? and then everytime
    i post here you delete my posts. + my gamertag was 'EhhJake'

    Could I have done that with my wife's offline account today? Instead of making her Gold? Lol

    Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

    My question is............

    I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
    I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
    Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
    It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
    Do you need an email addy ?

    The only forum to enquire about account bans is here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    Remember your post has to be approved so you wont get an answer straight away.

    You don't get banned for no reason so i highly doubt you'll get your account back.

    As i said i have posted there 3 times and it keeps getting deleted.

    And i knew someone would say that, well somone must of got on my account somehow and done somthing because i have never tried it so dont say i have!

    Then you need to phone support for your region & ask to open an unautherised access case.

    Unfortunately, if that's what the email says then that's what you did. They're accurate when it comes to banning and Support cannot do anything to unban you. Opening a UA case won't get it removed I'm afraid because no matter what your account is your responsibility.

    Why have i been banned for checking on my other accounts that i haven’t used in awhile??

    An appeal would be for an account ban, not a console ban. Account bans and console bans are separate so it would be possible to have the account ban lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake.

    There are different kinds of bans an account ban and a console ban. The account ban which a communication ban is will follow your account it is not tied to the console so yes it would follow you to the One.

    Hi! if it's a console ban, the account is not affected by the ban. If it's an account ban, you'll have to open a new account.

    A console ban will not do anything to your account. Harassment is more likely to cause his account to be permanently banned rather than a console ban. But if there is a console ban it does not ban the accounts on the console.

    no their accounts are not account banned.

    As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

    so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
