Account ban

Hello Xbox Live Enforcement Team, I spoke with the Xbox Live support group numerous times and emailed the Xbox Advocacy Team and they were very kind. My account IlI Jiger IlI had been banned for several months now and I am pleading with you to consider
a long term suspension. The actions that took place on my account were not my doing but rather someone who accessed it without my authorization on my personal Xbox 360. I feel that it is very harsh to permanent ban my account when this is my first offense
and I have never broken any terms of use. I hope you will reconsider and reduce it to a long term suspension. Sincerely, IlI Jiger IlI

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

Doesn't matter who did it,you are responsible for your account.As a rule account bans are never reversed.

 

it is already a long term suspension - to the year 9999, xblpet team never unban.

That is one of only two boards on the forum that the enforcement team view, the other being in the Xbox One support section for the exact same topic.

Sadly there is no way to appeal a ban or suspension. The only two places on the forum for contacting the enforcement team is to enquire as to why you were banned, not to appeal them.

You could try calling support and opening an Unauthorised Access case, but as you admit the infraction occurred on your console and thus the chance of them ruling in your favour is zero.
