Account ban with no reason

So here is the problem, I was all happy playing my Call of Duty, and some guy started to spamming invites, he sended me more than 40 inv in 10 min. My console started crashing, had to reset 3 TIMES and the invites kept popping. He wouldnt stop for nothing,
he wasnt my friend, so I sended a message saying " stop inviting you **** " because I was pissed, had to restart the console so many times, and he kept inviting. Thenk after a bit, he sends me a message. " Enjoy your com ban " and I got BANNED from writing
messages and joining groups. I DIDNT did anything he was the one who kept inviting me more than 40 times, spamming and crashing my system and I´m the one who gets banned?!! I reported him and I BET he didnt got banned. How was me banned so fast?!! in 1 min
? This is ABUSE of power he clearly has some connects inside xbox, and he HIS ABUSING his power. Now Im banned and cant do anything! You really need to resolve this issue and UNBAN my account immediatly cause I dindt did anything wrong! Here is his gamertag.

Acct Banned - questions

Yeah, if his account got banned, there is probably a good reason, unfortunately. This isn't an official Microsoft site, but if you call them, they should be able to help you. Hopefully it's a temporary ban and not a permanent ban. You can also call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. I hope this helps!

 

Dazed and confused?!?

It would either be a console ban or a account ban. When you try to sign in you will get a message wither way I think..

PS They don't ban for no reason or at random.

 

If someone harasses you online remember you can block that person from further harassment.
