hey there i own the gamer tag PuTTY and back in 2016 i played on it like once and apperently i got reported for hacking or modding whatever you call it when i never did such thing since i do know its wrong to do. now it has been since 2016 that my appeal
was upheld with u guys but im writing here to try and maybe appeal for u guys to please life the ban and i can promise i wont be hacking or modding on it as i finally went and got a new xbox one after quitting for a bit but id like to really have my old tag
to play on again please and thank u

permanent ban

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If the ban was upheld there is nothing further you can do to appeal.

I only need the enforcement team to view this, anybody else wouldn't be able to do anything.

This is regarding a banned account.

The Xbox Gamertag for this account is: Meybi

My account has been permanently banned, this ban took place almost 2 years ago. Now I attempted to appeal this ban through the appeal system, though unfortunately it was upheld.

I simply want to talk with somebody that has the ability to un-ban my account, I just want a conversation, the last time I think I attempted to appeal this ban was last year around October. Please I beg of whomever from the Enforcement team reads this, please
allow me to have a conversation with you.

also i cant write enforcement team thru ban appeal since they replyed saying upheld back then kinda hoping to get in contact with them to reconsider to uplife it

well if they upheld the decision there is no thing you can do

Also it is a years limitation anyways any formal of account mosding isn't allowed

yes but thing is i was not modding at all. you can go and check the game videos from the account and tell i was not but even if its upheld id still like to try and contact them to maybe talk about getting a second chance as i was not modding. i only played
the game once. and had to go away for work come home to it being banned and see if you guys didnt know there is actually a report method for xbox where people can send fake accounts / bots to report peoples gamertags etc to get them banned which is prob what
happened since that gamertag i have app is worth alot to people. and id say they got mad at me cause anytime someone asked me to give or sell it i would say no

Just because someone reports your account that does not mean your account would be suspended the only way that your account will get a suspension is after a report is made and the enforcement team investigates the report and there was a violation of the
code of conduct.

Only the Xbox Enforcement team can help with this, however as you have already had a

case review upheld and the enforcement action was also not issued in the last twelve months there is nothing more that can be done.
