Account ban twice in a row :( please help

yes hello Microsoft my name is Austin and I am contacting you guys about another account that I have it just batdragon321! recently about 2 weeks ago I got my account banned for a reason that I is unknown is unknowno me at the moment and after my account
was unbannedit got banned again until the 28th of this month and I tried to sign into it again and it says that information would be sent to the email associated with the Live account and it says that I was banned for inappropriate language on my motto I just
want to state that it was my friends that I let borrow my account that have put it on there and I was not aware of the situation look I know that my account is my responsibility it just upsets me greatly that this happens twice in a row and I just got another
gold subscription before I got banned again I want to ask you guys to please reconsider my account unban it for me I would really appreciate it hey can you guys please get back to me as soon as possible I really appreciate that as well thank you and I hope
to hear from you soon

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

You would need to post here for an official answer from the enforcement team - forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

However, they won't unsuspend you. You should also know that letting your friend have access to your account like that is a violation of the code of conduct and can get you banned as well.

I know the website has been down for at least a week. I’ve been banned twice in a row. The first one was valid. The second one was absolutely not valid at all. Literally no reason.
