Account ban for no reason please explain reasons

Miss Bijoux,

-How long have you been unable to access the page?

Since 26th September

-How are you attempting to access the page - PC, Mobile, console?

Have tried all 3

-What browser you are using?

Tried Chrome, Edge and Android browser.

-How long is your suspension?

The suspension on my sons's account is until 10th October. My account has no suspension.

Neither account can login.

-Are you still unable to access the page?

Yes, As I said in my threas I found a workaround where if i log into xbox.com first then click on the link in the enforcement email it will bring up the case review page. However at top right it still says "Sign in" and therefor the site/browser doesn't
think I'm logged in so no case details show up.

Going direct to the Enforcement and logging in does nothing, It attempts it, but then just resolves back to same page with "sign in" instead of you name/avatar.

HI i have already explained this in my post about the same issue but like everyone else nothing is done. MINES been like it since 27th September and i have tried to access it from every browser i have and my wife's browsers and it just keeps reloading the
same page,the enforcement homepage.

Deleted all cache and passwords and nothing fixes it.

We should have the right to appeal and there should be a real way to contact them,its completely unacceptable and unfair an ridiculously unprofessional .

As im able to sign in to enforcement with other gamertags this is clearly a fault with the way they have put the suspension through and me and many others have been suspended an have this issue and Microsoft dont care and never do about consumers,if they
did they would have a real medium for people to contact them on about such things,but they know it would be constantly used because no one is happy with how they are treated by this company.

Its time they actually update all there services and bring them in line with a worldwide company.

still nobody can help this is ridiculous

On my laptop via chrome and explorer and on my mobile no of which work, and it can't be a browser problem since i have no trouble signing in with this account, must be to do with my ban some how. But its frustrating as i can't find out why i have been or
even appeal the decision.

Same issue and no information as to why. Was on a temp suspension and supposedly I got more complaints and that caused a permanent suspension, not sure why they didn't deal with the complaints if legitimate all at the same time and then I would not have
full permanent suspension. I never swear and am always abused and reported because people can't handle a better player so falsely report and abuse this ridiculous reputation and reporting system. I've spent loads of money on this tag and got account specific
add ons that are lost forever. This system is broken a d it's time Microsoft have a proper complaints team who actually deal with these situations professionally and fair. Getting suspension for basically nothing is unfair while I have helped have over 20
people suspended and reported many others but I'm the one banned now for noobs filling false reports. And can't even appeal as can't sign into enforcement page. IT'S A JOKE.
