Account ban for no reason please explain reasons

I recently received notification that enforcement action had been taken against my account z MA R T I N c but i have not played online on that account for ages and certainly haven't done anything to warrant a ban on this occasion.

I will admit that previously i have done wrong and rightly been banned and i accept that no problem, but what i won't accept is being banned for nothing this time i literally haven't played online on that account for a while as i have been waiting for the
new FIFA 17 and certainly i haven't broken any code of conduct rules this time, and i feel i am being targeted because of my previous history. Please remove this ban as i feel it is unjust and out of order as i haven't done anything.

my sons account was banned for 2 weeks and he has no idea why, the date that you banned him he was not even online at home but at a family dinner...can you please review and lift the ban on account Dextaristic or explain what the reason behind it is.thanks.

The problem is i am unable to log into the enforcement page with the banned account and so i can't file a review for it hence i was told to do so in here by support chat.

What happens when you try to log into the Enforcement website? You should still be able to log in so if you're getting an error, could you provide that information to us please?

No error the page is there but if i click on the sign in tab it just doesn't log that account in no error message at all the page refreshes but it doesn't sign me in, i have no problem signing into with this account tho.

 

Gotcha, thanks for that. We'd like to collect a bit more info from you. How are you trying to access the Enforcement site on your banned account? PC, mobile phone, etc? And what browsers have you tried?

On my laptop via chrome and explorer and on my mobile no of which work, and it can't be a browser problem since i have no trouble signing in with this account, must be to do with my ban some how. But its frustrating as i can't find out why i have been or
even appeal the decision.

 

Same issue and no information as to why. Was on a temp suspension and supposedly I got more complaints and that caused a permanent suspension, not sure why they didn't deal with the complaints if legitimate all at the same time and then I would not have
full permanent suspension. I never swear and am always abused and reported because people can't handle a better player so falsely report and abuse this ridiculous reputation and reporting system. I've spent loads of money on this tag and got account specific
add ons that are lost forever. This system is broken a d it's time Microsoft have a proper complaints team who actually deal with these situations professionally and fair. Getting suspension for basically nothing is unfair while I have helped have over 20
people suspended and reported many others but I'm the one banned now for noobs filling false reports. And can't even appeal as can't sign into enforcement page. IT'S A JOKE.

The Enforcement website authentication is broken.

Ever since logging a case review we cannot log in to that site to reply back and progress the case.
