Account ban for no apparent reason

I received a coms ban this morning and I have no idea what for and I have tried to go to Xbox enforcement to review my case and figure out why I was banned and if I can get this lifted. That was no help because you have to pass a questionnaire with the
most ridiculous questions you could think of pertaining to Xbox live. I am close to quiting Xbox alltogether and I have been a customer since 2001. I get messages calling me trash from kids all the time and no action is taken to ban them. This whole attempt
at enforcing people to be polite is a joke. My gamer tag is please help me resolve this issue quickly the main reason I still use Xbox is to communicate and game with old friends not to trash talk 15 year olds.

Ban Of My Account For No Apparent Reason...

Hi, my name is Rohan and one of my Xbox Live accounts called "BOYSGOTSWAGGER2" has been banned. The ban reason is because I was apparently hacking. I have explain this many times that I was not hacking. The scenario goes like
this.

I was playing GTA 5 like any normal day and i suddenly find a hacker who donated 8 billion dollars to everyone in the server...

I did not ask for any money in game and i certainly did not approach him. I got teleported to a place and was locked in place and received a ton of money on the GTA 5 game.

So what im trying to say is, how is this my fault? I left the game as fast as i could as soon as i realised a hacker was controlling me and the rest of the lobby.

I would like my account back please. I have done nothing wrong. It says that my ban expires on the 09/09/9999

This was my most used account and had all my achievements in it. ever since i have been banned i have stopped playing Xbox forever...

Please get my profile Unbanned as it was not my fault...

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

The questions you have to answer are extremely easy & are to make sure you are familiar with the TpU/CoC. Every answer can be found in the ToU/CoC.

Sometimes you may get a thank you message if action is taken against someone due to a report you filed but this is very rare.Usually you will not be informed of the results of any report you file so have no way of knowing whether someone has received enforcement
action due to a report you have filed.

 

Most the questions are easy the ones I missed are absolutely stupid trick questions. Everywhere I go looking for support be it a phone call or posting on some forum I'm really growing to hate this company. So you can't help me either thanks for nothing.

 

I've done everything asked of me the only thing that held back my review was that stupid questionnaire that you think is so easy . The question I missed last was true or false if there weren't enough complaints a band can be lifted. How the hell am I supposed
to know that **** and why am I going to take the time to look it up when I've already wasted an entire morning calling messaging and screwing with you stupid people to try and fix this issue.

 

I really hope this company burns to the ground your customer support is worthless absolutely worthless in every way
