    Account Ban Dispute


    Kale Slayer 5 was banned without due cause. The account never intentionally participated in any cheating whatsoever and I would like to dispute my accounts permanent ban. For more information contact me at
    [Mod Removed]. I am and have been a valued Microsoft customer and account holder since I was 6 years of age and I even have become a Microsoft stock owner. I would never consider cheating the system or doing anything against the code of conduct.
    Please contact as soon as possible as a new Grand Theft Auto V update has come out and I would like to participate in the playing of the game like I always have.

    Disputing charges?

    They can ban you for fraudulent returns, which is why it's better to speak with them than to randomly do it. Chances are MS will issue you a refund. They've never declined me for a refund in logical situations.

    Thanks.. Just wanted to know. Some other service I use I have read they could ban your account if you dispute a charge or something through your CC company instead of talking with them

    If you were an ambassador then surely you should know that you can't dispute a ban but you can post in the correct forum here
