Account Ban/ Denied Appeal

Hello Xbox community,

My account was recently banned indefinitely for supposedly violating the Enforcement Community Code. Xbox doesn’t even exactly share what you did wrong or to even allow yourself to prove that you didn’t violate anything within the Xbox Community guidelines. I already submitted an appeal, and it was denied instantly! I have no strikes on my account yet they’re quick to ban me. What else can I do!? It’s crazy you can’t even talk to customers service about this issue! Can someone please help me!

I was given no reason for ban and appeal denied I spent thousands on that account tbh. That should be a lawsuit

i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.

Console bans cannot be reversed. Submitting an appeal is the only possible way to have an account unbanned. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
