    Hello today i reseve a message from xbox live who tell me i have been ban basicilly and i go to enforcment.com and i watch the reson and it tell i have bad comportement on communication but since the last time i got ban is at 3 or 4 month ago it is for the
    same reson but i was agree with that. But since i do nothing like this so i want to contest the decision or give me evidence thanks to answer me.

    Xbox Enforcement Ban

    I've recently had my account suspended due to breaking a code of conduct violating. I understand the ban but what I don't agree with is the length of the ban. I used one word in a message and banned for 7 days when looking back at the incident I really do
    think 7 days is over the top when it should only value at least a 2 day ban. The case review I openly admitted and apologised what I had done, didn't include the word I used in case they increased the ban and being honest im really not happy with the length
    of ban. Is there anyway I can appeal the decision as I don't agree with what the enforcement team have said. All they have done is copy and paste statements from the "stay safe" section.

    Banned?

    Post here forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx that is about the only place you can get ban information. Also the email associated with the account should have received a reason. For some reson the gamer tag oddpnt does not come up as valid.

    Account Hacked and Banned. What can I do.

    I received a email earlier this evening informing me that my account had been permanently banned due to 18+ content. I haven't accessed the social side of my Xbox account in well over a few months, so I'm assuming my account was hacked. I have since changed security measures and filed an appeal to the suspension. What else can I do at this point? Will my case be reviewed with the type of suspension I received? Will I have to start over and abandon a 10+ year old account with thousands of hours, countless paid for games and memories? I tried contacting support and they Directed me to here as another option with my appeal process.
    Support was incorrect to send you here as an appeal option. Unfortunately they typically do that when they dont know what else to tell you.

    These forums are 99% just gamers such as yourself and the enforcement team doesnt look here. The case review process is the only way to get in touch with the enforcement team about a ban/suspension. You'll have to wait for them to respond to your case review.
