    Account ban apeal gone wrong. i need help


    So i had gotten banned about 2 years ago, someone falsley reported me on a chat thing for pc, they banned me for cheating, i was like was i cheating cause i was playing a game with mods so i mentioned that, but then i realised it was a game that allows anyone with mods on pc so then my account got perma band. I tried to apeal but it said wait a year i forgot and now im trying to get it back. I go to enforment page and it doesn't even show records and i cannot even talk to anyone on the account. I have no idea what to do, and enforemnts page doesnt work for me, pls help.

    You only get 1 chance to appeal and the enforcement team will not review a ban after it's over 12 months old. There's nothing that can be done.

    How do I appeal an false suspension? Account suspended for "messages" and I haven't sent anything to anyone for months.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.
    No unfortunately they view these decisions by their robots to be absolutely correct everytime and you can't appeal these types of bans. However I was wrongly banned and there is no option to apeal/not allowed.

    Unfortunately we can not dp anything about bans. As pointed out that is up to the enforcement team. You can go there and ask for a apeal review.
