    Alright I had a problem with my rewards account so I was instructed to opt out of the program and I did. Now I'm back in and the join date is current and on previous post I was told I could ask for the balance to be carried over. So here I am asking for
    you guys to bring over my credits so I can receive a deposit. Thanks.

    Unfortunately no, you can't transfer the money you have in the Microsoft Account Balance from an account to another.
