    Account balance not updating


    I added for my son 25$ from my credit card to his balance, he already had 16,28$ so now the balance in his microsoft account show 41.28$. But when we go into Minecraft store, it say only have a balance of 16.28$

    If it could help :

    We are running Minecraft on windows 10

    Signed out then back in!

    we waited a couple of days thinking may just take time to show but still not working!

    The site isn't updated yet, so Microsoft account balance cannot be used on the website. You'll have to purchase from the console if you want to use your Microsoft account balance.

    I had the same issue with a $25 dollar gift card as well. I managed to get it to work by adding the game I wanted to my cart, and then going to checkout. If this doesn’t work try to contact Xbox support. Best of luck!

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps
