    ACCOUNT AND/OR PROFILE TAMPERING


    My son, M1N3CRAFT MAN7, received a ban notice on 3/3/14 stating his account was ban due to "account and/or profile tampering". This is very strange as he received no warning of any kind and no investigation into it was done. Several weeks ago he received
    GTA5 and on 3/1/14 he purchased $21.35 game cash, which clearly has some connection to this account/profile tampering issue. I have read that GTA5 was recently hacked with regard to cash cards and given that coupled with his purchase sever days ago it leads
    me to only believe his account was hacked for somereason. My son is 10 and I without a doubt lacks the knowhow to do nor does he any reason to do so. Many, many man hours have been spent creating the files that are now locked and we have been loyal Xbox
    users and wish to continue doing so. I request this matter be looked into and M1N3CRAFT MAN7 be reinstated.

    You were given a warning,it was the terms & conditions you agreed to when starting the account & an investigation was carried out,that was how your son was caught.
