Account and gaming pass

in game passes are account specific, they will not be usable on other accounts, DLC can but not in game passes.

it operates simular to other games, take destiny in game pass that is account specific only.

u cant transfer subscriptions, however u could try adding the account with game pass to your microsoft family (family.microsoft.com). that account will then share game pass with u. just log into your game pass account and your main account on ur xbox and u should be able to use game pass

No need to pay for a 2nd subscription, simply select one of the xbox as home console for the account that has game pass.

Lets say you set console A as home console for the account with game pass, that will make game pass games available on all accounts in console A, including accounts that don't have game pass and so it should be used to play primarly with an account that does not have game pass.

On console B you play with the account that has game pass, but it will need constant internet connection or the console will complain it cannot verify game license and will kick you out of the game.

But for this to work if game pass is on your own account, one of your kids has to play on your account in console B.

If the 3 of you want to play Forza each one on his own account, then you will indeed need another sub or buy the game (which ever is cheaper for you)

Purchasing a Game Pass/expiration of Game Pass on the 2nd account would have no effect on the 1st account.

GTA was purchased on his account. It isn’t a game pass game at the moment so he bought it. But he needs to play it through game pass to play online. He had been playing it but it stopped working today?

When he tries to play on his account it tries to get him to sign up to another game pass. But other games play ok,m on his account, using the game pass.

My account is the principal account and has the ultimate game pass. But I am able to share the pass with my son and he can use the pass with his account. Other games still work for him, but not GTA.

Confused!
