Account and Deposits

For the past few months, I haven’t seen any deposits on the credits in my account. As of right now I have 40k in credits and I’ve been getting a run around from different Microsoft support teams on why I haven’t received any of the money back that I’ve been
spending in the store. Today I received another promotional email from this program about the February events, when I saw that the email said there’s an “Issue with your account.” I would ask again why I’m not seeing deposits and what this issue can be, but
every person on Twitter, Xbox Support, etc says the “Issue has been escalated to another team” then I hear nothing back. So please, someone help me correct this issue so I can get my credits deposited and enjoy this program like I did so many years ago.

Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access
the database containing billable account information. Since that information is highly secured and confidential, access to it is maintained by that team. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for
the inconvenience.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine a billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. Since our

Hello Er Buggato,

Due to your spending in multiple regional currencies, our deposit failed because at the time we attempted our deposit, your Rewards Account region was set to Italy, and your Microsoft Account was using HUF, the regional currency of Hungary. Since we cannnot
deposit Euro into a Hungarian account, the deposit failed. In order to make sure your deposit completes successfully, you will have to keep your Microsoft Account and Rewards account regions in the same location.

Hello Rise Lara Crft,

Your account does not have a Microsoft payable account to deposit into, so the deposit is failing. We cannot deposit Rewards Credits into a non-Microsoft billable account (like Credit Cards). If you wish to receive your deposit,
you must create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit Rewards Credits into. We can no longer transfer Credits between different gamertags. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We only automatically schedule an account for a deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Your last Credit event pushed you over this limit, and thus scheduled you for an account. However, when the system requested a scheduled deposit for your account, we
had already set in motion the processing for the end of month deposit, so your deposit request was not able to be included in the processing for that deposit cycle. You should expect your deposit in the next available deposit cycle, which will occur around
the 15th of this month

Hello SurerStuart,

We deposit currency based off your Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account region is set to Great Britain, these deposits are attempted in GBP. However, since you have been spending in multiple different currencies, the deposits have been failing
since we cannot deposit one regional currency into a different regional currency. Your last deposit failed when we attempted to deposit GBP into a CHF (Swiss Franc) billable account. In order to ensure a proper deposit, you will have to spend in your Rewards
Account region to ensure that the regions are matching.
