    After 5 months, my daughters Xbox Live account asks her to put In password to play, she does, and it's wrong for some reason...so we reset password and instead it redirects us to "recover" account.

    Put in EXACT information needed and a "virtual response" deems it's not enough info!!!!

    In meantime..last 2 months..Microsoft has no problem charging her for somehing she can't use..because Customer Service is a joke!!

    Being led in circles and after a decade plus of using Microsoft products, this problem, lack of actual help thru an actual person, is actually quite frustrating !!

    The Virtual chats useless...the Xbox Number useless..

    How do I get her account back...or stop her monthly charges to start a new account?!?!

    important customer service problem

    why did you not transfer your saves to a USB flash drive, I am honestly surprised anybody from support would say you would get a HD back with your data on it. that is why when you send in a 360 for repair to remove any hard drive that is inside or attached
    as 9 times out ten you only get a refurbished version of the model 360 you send in that is how you get them back to the customers so fast.

    Reached out to customer service again. They were unable to fix the problem either. Told me to file a report on xbox because could be a problem with my account

    The problem you have is that it isn't your account....and it would need the account holder to request the payments be stopped or to remove the card. The only options you have are either convince your ex to remove the card (which sounds like they won't) or get your bank to block the payments.
