Account and Console Suspensions

So I'm through a good amount of college and haven't been on Xbox in about 2 years. I come back to find out that I've been banned 2 months after the last time I played. I looked at the steps to unbanning an account and it stated that permanent bans (the one
I have) cannot be disputed over re-evaluated (case-reviewed)issued more than 18 months ago. Is it even possible to get my account unbanned at this point. I also want to know WHY I got banned because although it's not relevant or as matter of fact helpful at
this point, but there was 2 month range between my ban and the last time I played.

Account/Console Suspensions

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and if they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

I had to call support twice as there is no way to contact them. They finally told me to go to the forums and here i am, in the forums, being told to not.

Well unfortunately im not a gamer like you because I dont have an account or xbox to play on.

What do you mean “some people think they’re smart”. What did they expect me to do when they perma banned me... stare at the screen and flail around.

Also, since you’re an ambassador of xbox can you answer me why the enforcement team say they’re transparent when i have seen nothing of the like.

Im sorry, but its not as simple as losing car keys. Its losing Five+ years of games and money on the account. Its five+ years of progress and achievments. Im pretty sure i learned my lesson.

But dont you think if someone like me cant apropriately use the gamerpic feature, they should take that, and only that away from me.
