    Everythime I go to Xbox Video and go to My Collection it tells me my console and account location do not match. I have ensured the console is English, Canada my account has always been Canadian, when I sign into Xbox.com it brings me to en-US not en-CA.
    I have tried to change the region, it did not save, contacted xbox support multiple times, first escalation to the Xbox Advoacy team on Dec. 23rd, was given multiple time frames for a contact and expectations which all fell flat on their faces. I finally received
    an email from Xbox, not from the "Advoacy" team but a basic region change email stating that my account was changed from American to Canadian and my 12 months will be exchanged for 11 of gold, this did not resolve my issue at all. I guess this is more of a
    warning as I do not see Microsoft or their "Support" agents solving this issue. Don't buy digital content, find ways to get it for free or go to a retail store. Also for anyone reading this, I work as a customer support rep in digital distribution, Microsoft
    has the worst Customer service as I had multiple excpectations set that we're basically ignored, my escalation was sent on Dec. 23rd, when I contacted support on Jan.8th the agent told me the last time the Escalation was reviewed was on Jan.3rd.

    yes, both the region and language region match my location but it still tells me that it needs changed.

    No Valid Payment Option...But I added a debit card and it still won't work

    They match. I've never owned an account in any other location. My PayPal, also under my physical location, was my only method before all this happened, which prompted the addition of my debit card.

    FYI region changes can take up to 30 days to complete You usually get an email when it completes

    you will have to wait till they complete things on their end

    Advocacy team handles alot of cases

    Patience young padaw an

    The Advocacy team isn't a technical team they are corporate ms customer support who push things along faster

    Remember they helping you you got to have patience as it is a virtue

    is there a solution if the account region does not match my physicall location?

    Make sure your region account and physical location match. It is my suggestion for you to use a credit card or pay pal to make the purchase

    Does your account region not your console region match your physical location if not that would be why

    You need yo.make it match under my account and change my region on this website then change your console region to match

    If you don't live in an xbox live region there is nothing you can do

    Foreign us bases don't count as the us only the host country

    The probably cause of this issue is that your console location and you account location don't match.

    I would recommend a
    Region Migration     to match your current location.
