Account/Ambassador Issue

My account qualifies for the ambassador program and even shows me having applied and accepted. However, when I go to ambassabank or the academy, it request that I apply. and when I hit apply, it shows I've applied. I need help figuring out what is wrong...

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

The issue is an ambassador issue and should be in the correct forum. This is the support forum for xbox live account problems not ambassador problems. The correct place is the ambassador support forum. Changes are your questions about ambassadors problems
will not get answered here. They will only get answered in the ambassador support forum.

 

You aren't showing as having the ambassador wreath yet. Can you try accessing the ambassador forums?

If you can access them then post in section 2. If you can't then perhaps the program hasn't fully added you yet. It usually takes a few days to do so (perhaps longer because of the holidays).

 

When I attempt to access that forum, it says group not found. I applied and got accepted when the ambassador site was undergoing its maintenance before Christmas I believe. I thought it would work itself out but it hasn't. And I can't post to the ambassador
forums...so yeah its been a few weeks....

Wait its doing the same for me still and its been a month.
