Account added... But I can't see it

Have you tried
power cycling your console yet? That can often fix a bunch of wonky things. Hopefully like accounts not showing up.

Removing and adding organizers won't help the situation, as I see it, you should remove that account, then instead of adding it as an organizer you have to add it as a member, you can't manage consent on an organizer

If your ban has expired and you still can't communicate with others try removing the account from the console and re adding it to see if that clears the issue.

Trying signing into https://billing.microsoft.com and see if it shows the gold as being added to the account. If you created a new account when you tried to add it something might have happened
and the gold was added to the old account.

If you can't find anything on the billing site, call support and they might be able to verify which account it was used on.

Actually, support can't help with this. The month would have been automatically added to your account (as is what happened with mine). Double check billing.microsoft.com to see if this was the case. If not, try posting in the support forums.
