    Account activity and capture is not reflected in "My Xbox".


    Hello.

    I usually use Google Chrome.

    However, since Tuesday this week, my account data has not been reflected in "My Xbox" on the official Xbox website.

    Information is correctly reflected when accessing My Xbox with other web browsers such as Internet Explorer and MS Edge, but these browsers can't save the capture.

    I disabled all Chrome extensions and deleting browser cookies and caches. But nothing changed.

    Game purchase is not reflected in my rewards

    I purchased xcom 2 through my Xbox one and the purchase is not reflected in my rewards points balance or activity. I am a longstanding Xbox live gold member, do we not earn rewards points for buying games through our systems? If we do how many points should
    I have earned and will they be added to my account automatically?

    If Xbox One activity is the only activity you have on your account then the same thing that Bowski posted still applies. Thank you for your patience while we work on getting everything to reflect properly. =)

    The link states there was an issue with payment. Yet my account reflects the payment has been made today of £10.99 and shows as being taken from the account.

    I went through the process you provided above and yet both my xbox and the mobile app show the subscription as not being active.

    As Smwutches says, it can take up to 96 hours for all activity to be reflected. The Credits are now pending on your account.
