    Account Achievements.


    Hi I spoke to a support center representative a couple of days ago about my achievements not being restored yet. I was just wondering if there is a better way to get an update for my account without calling or starting a live chat.
    I know the hope was the Achievement team would have it fixed in a couple of days but still nothing yet. The representative was going to email me with updates but I haven't heard anything yet and I know I'm just being kind of impatient here but its been really
    making me anxious waiting.

    Xbox gamertag transfer help

    Did you create an offline account on your 360? It also sounds like you created a new account on your One. If this is the case you can't merge the account data. If they are the same account then you should be able to sync all your achievements just fine.

    Accounts ?

    Silver on 360 will transfer points and achievements over etc to One then they will get gold rights under your primary gold One account.

    I'm afraid we wouldn't have an ETA for this issue on our end. For now, we recommend keeping an eye on your profile for the time being.

    Might also be worth briefly removing your profile
    power cycle the console, then redownload your profile again.

    Thank you. It's been awhile and I see some Gears of War 4 achievements came back that I didn't even realize were missing. Just wondering if there are any updates I can get possibly on the situation. I did panic a little when I realized Gears of War 4 had
    been missing some so it was or may be some of my Xbox One game achievements besides all of my Xbox 360 ones. But it was reassuring to see some progress was achieved. Pun not attended.

    only if the achievements were made on your account, if they were done on another account those achievements are now that person's (as achievements are locked to the account that is playing the game on that console) and they cannot be transferred to your
    account.

    Achievements cannot be transferred from one account to another. They are limited to the account they were earned on. I see you only have 70 achievement points on the account you posted with. If you have more achievements on the other account, just join
    live from that one and be done with it.

    No, unfortunately you can't move achievements to other accounts. The child accounts have to play the games if they also want the achievements.

    The achievements are related to your account not the console you are using

    You can't delete achievements from your account once they are registered
