Account account suspended even with a good rep. WHY?

Meaningless Suspension

I got suspended till year 9999 and due to the actions I made and reasons I was given I highly Contest Against this Illegitimate action Microsoft made to my account

Suspending for things I did not do I would very much appreciate my account back

Your link does not provide any legitimate information. This is nonsense. You have paying customers that you are not providing adequate information about you denying them their paid for privileges. If I am blocked, I should have a way to substantiate this
suspension considering I have positive feedback and don't have a negative history with Xbox. I'm can't host games nor chat for a week this is ludicrous

 

Rep doesn't have anything to do with suspensions/bannings. The enforcement team would have found that you did something to violate the code of conduct. the enforcement site Denaz gave you is the only place to find out information about your suspension and
to submit a case review.

 

What's truly ironic is a Microsoft rep said I could contact the enforcement team but there's no contact information. Regardless of what one may feel the rep is incapable of. This is still nonsense that a company I pay would restrict my access but would provide
detailed information to why. Then when I try to dispute it, I get a bunch of "robots" that just recite policy and rhetorical

 

As I said mate, that is the only way to get information on bans, you need to submit a case reveiw, and an agent will be in contact through that website. There is nothing that can be done through the forums unfortunately, as the enforcement team does not
monitor these forums

Is also worth noting that reputation does not mean you are immune from bans, you could have a perfect record, but if you send an abusive message (I'm not saying that is what you did), then you will receive a ban all the same, regardless of your history.

So head over to that website, submit a case review, and an agent will be in contact from there
