    Account access problems


    Some time ago now I set up an account and added my son an extra profile as he was under 18 at the time... so it ended up there were two profiles.. one which was the main one in my name with its own profile name...and another one in his.. what I am confused
    about is that he can not connect to xbox live via his one.. only mine and now that he has left home would like to use his .. in my settings I can not click on his profile.. it comes up with a red circle as i hover over it (although the title or gamer name
    is still under it) and line through the red circle and pic greyed out.. whereas mine is there with my microsoft live pic on it and lit up around it .. i dont know what this means.. on line his profile is now listed as my friend.. is it possibly because he
    needs to pay a seperate subscription now and is over 18 would it have automatically upgraded him to an adult..... I cant work out how to get to do this .. I cant access his profile on my computer.. any help or advice be appreciated .. thanks.. sorry if it
    does not make sense.. i am not good at explaining these things .. thank you

    Hi....I chat from Italy...and tomorrow I'm impossibilitated to access my Microsoft account by my xbox one S....what's problem?...Help me...thanks

    You should have been able to do a password reset on your account to reclaim it.

    I see Mr Dairy Cow 97 last accessed the xbox on 1/7/12 was that you who did?

    As long as you remember the details to access the account you will have no problem accessing it in 2015
