Account Access Locked

Discus and support Account Access Locked in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; How do I get back in my account???     How do I get back in my account???

    I have had my account for 12+ yrs and out of nowhere Microsoft sent me an email saying there was unusual activity so they turned on some security nonsense that requires me to 2step verify my account (which i don't have turned on) with a phone number that
    I don't have anymore???

    So it instead of just having an option to verify with my email account it makes me fill out this stupid form which gets kicked back by robots saying the information is incorrect and there is no option to write in comments or respond to the email or call
    a phone number???

    It doesn't help that i don't own an xbox anymore and there's no device id option for pc which is all I play on.

    Please tell me there's somebody to talk to. I called support the last 3 days and they keep mumbling in another language to fill out the form that I keep telling them doesn't work.

    I'm sorry that you are going through this problem, unfortunately the only option you have to recover your account is through the form. I want to remind you that this is only a public forum of the Microsoft community, where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems.     Having said this, I want to mention again that the only alternative or option you have is through the recovery form, you mentioned that the email is different, I couldn't tell you why this happens.     My account was blocked permanently without much reason

    When an account it's locked or blocked, if the account has 2fa active, they can't unblock/unlock, as they can't access the account, but if you manage to get access and then you use the 2fa with your data, anyone else will be able to access it

    We’ve tried but the account is locked out. It says some type of activity has locked us out. So we can not access customer support.
