    Hello everyone,

    I have been trying to gain access to my Microsoft account for several months now, there is no one who seems to able to help me with this. The account was broken into by oversea hackers who have changed the recovery email a couple of times now. I have contacted
    Microsoft Support but all i get is the same run-around about filling out these recovery forms. Ive done many many recovery forms, but it never lets me get back into my account as it asks questions that are over ten years old from when i made this account as
    in I no longer have my old Xbox 360 from a decade ago nor those same bank cards. I have had this account for such a long time and have alot of personal information and history on it. Not only that i have made numerous purchases and it is wrong to not have
    access to MY account. Please if anyone can help me get back into this account I would greatly appreciate the support,

    Are you signed in with another account that is not your hacked account?

    And this new account (that is not the hacked one) does not own the games, right?

    The hacked account is not signed into the console anymore, right?

    If that is the case, you will not be able to access the games, since they will not be transferred from your hacked account to this new one. It is just a bug/glitch but you will not be able to access them. I'm really sorry about this.

    Just got Ripped off over 600 bucks from unauthorised Microsoft purchases.

    If you can still log into your account with the same password then no one hacked your account, someone has access to it.

    If your account was hacked you should contact Xbox Support by phone and they will setup and unauthorized access investigation on your account.

    Somebody hacked the gmail, and swapped the main gmail on minecraft account to unknown, so I don't have access to minecraft account.
