According to polygon article RDR is BC

Red Dead Redemption was playable on Xbox One. Now it isn't. [Update] I haven't been able to get it to work even though I do have a digital copy, if someone figures the actual steps please post here.

Search gamertag xSonny666 > profile > following > find RDR and select it > go to store page > install. You can install L4D2 and Alan Wake xbla from there also, I've just installed AW.

 

^that worked for me. Played for about 30min tonight, seems to work well.

 

Yeah I got AW to work but L4D2 doesn't work anymore, I think there was a short window of opportunity when it was discovered before it's been blocked, as was Halo Wars.

 

I'm always too late for the party says bundle only !

 

So it looks like the next batch of games will be good.

 

Boozy, you are trying a digital copy aren't you? It doesn't work with hard copies

 

Using any workarounds to get content from Xbox Live that has not officially launched is a violation of the Xbox Live ToS. Therefore I advise anyone reading this to wait it out.

I wonder if it will include the DLC when it finally goes BC...I never did finish the Zombies expansion.
