    i had bought a x xox one s dearing a really good deal where I would get 50000 rewards points back in my account it shows on my rewards page that i got the points for what I have bought but for some reason I didn't get the refund. why is that

    according to Xbox Live Status they're working on the problem

    "The sample rate for your microphone isn't supported" - Mic already enabled in Privacy Settings

    My NAT type is Open and according to that guide I should NOT be having a problem.

    Editing was disabled and I was unable to correct my mistake.

    Do you mean the credits haven't been deposited into your account yet or is there another offer you're looking for credits from? The credits should be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you earned them.
