Accont suspended, need help!

Hi, I'm the father of a 11 year old boy with gamertag "leongabriele", that on 28/04/15 has 'been suspended from Xbox Live for the theft of account.

Having said that I recognize that he made a illegal act, but I would like to explain why: One day my son has known online player with a gamertag [Mod Removed] has enticed by him to exchange accounts gave him one with gamertag[Mod Removed]
has my son used it unconsciously.

I wish, as a father, to ask humbly apologize for the irresponsible behavior of my son has asked if he could get back the live and leongabriele account with the promise of my supervision to his actions.

If you post on the board that both Vernier and I have linked to you will get your answer from the Enforcement Team, the only ones who can answer you.

Your post there will not show up straight away and they may even chose to answer you via an email sent to the addressed linked to the account in question.

However, once an account is banned, it is not unbanned. There is no appeal process.

They will only tell you why the account is banned though,which you already know.

You will not get the account unbanned under any circumstances.

Also,you are not allowed to call out other gamertags on the forums.

 

What a joke. Computer generated bans, including my straight A student- Generic, useless email response and lack of response(other than same generic response) when posting to the forum. Glad when our live account runs out. PS4 will remain tops. Kids never
intentionally cheated, gained an advantage or even looked to find cheats yet some genius at MS decided to ban the account. Love the fact that there is never an erroneous suspension. How is anyone with children(like me) supposed to guide them into not making
the same mistake again when MS cant give me any SPECIFICS about the suspension. Hopefully someone will post names and phone numbers on youtube of XBLPET team again so we can receive actual true and specific responses. Moderator, please get your colleagues
to actually answer my request for SPECIFIC (i.e) date, time, what game he played and what mod he supposedly was involved in.) Navyanes.

 

no each ban is not computer generated if somebody reports a user it goes right to the enforcement team and if the report is legit and then they drop the suspension/ban on it depending on how bad the item was. the PET has no number to give out the only way
to contact them is in the thread and as the other user said it is ONLY to find out why there are no appeals and they are not lifted early or at all (if perm ban).
