Who do I talk to to exchange/reverse 20 tiers purchase and whatever else came with it? I just wanted the 1000cp battle pass.

Hello inBinceable, in cases like this you have to request a refund because the system does not allow exchanges.

You will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

This could take up to 72 hours.

Hello again, this is strange, after logging in when viewing the item, it has to be selected so that the button can turn green.

How do I find out the order number of the 2400 battle pass bundle? it is a requirement to click the request button otherwise its greyed out too.
