Accidently Deleted Free £5 Gift Code.

Hello,

I recieved a free £5 gift code from Xbox Live on my XBOX 360 today (March 28th 2015) as part of a promotion when buying a Gold membership, however when i opened the message i accidently deleted it before redeeming it. Can anyone from XBOX help me get it
back please?

so I got a message from Xbox live containing the code for a $5 prepaid code and I accidently deleted the message is there any chance the code can be resent? My username is

Deleted Message from XBox Live

I received an message saying i got a free game, I accidently deleted the message before i could get the code and would like it resent if possible, thank you.

Hello I am afraid you will have to contact Xbox support, but I am sure once a message as been deleted from the console it cant be got back.

RrojectAlice is correct, you will need to contact
xbox support either by phone or their chat based system. Just to add, support should be able to verify if you were awarded a free gift and if it was redeemed or not.

I did the same, I was writing the code down and hit the delete button by accident before writing down the final 5 characters. Is there anyway the rewards department can be contacted to request that the code is resent please.

http://xbox.com/account and look for the applied 1 month Xbox LIVE Gold extension.

I'm assuming you received this code in an email or a message. Unfortunately once deleted from the console messages cannot be retrieved. If the code came from an email possibly check your trash folder. Either way I do not believe support re-issues codes.
