    I recently purchased a Fifa 16 Xbox one, pre-owned. They game me the card that had the code for Fifa 16, but it says already redeemed! How can I recover the game??

    You can trying to connect to www.accounts.live.com to verify if this could be a Service problem of anything, if you cannot login This could be a service problem so all you can do is retry after 10 minutes or more.

    There is a chance your profile is corrupted, can you go to Settings -> System -> Storage -> Hard Drive -> Gamer Profiles -> Select your profile -> Delete PROFILE ONLY. Try recovering it again after that.
