We have escalated this issue to another team. Based on your claim, and compared with other similar user experiences, it sounds like you may have had an accidental typo registering your vault email on one of your Vault prize claims which may have resulted
in one email not being sent to your address. For example, typing in a @htmail.com email address instead of a @hotmail.com address accidentally.

To be clear, you have only received four out of five prize emails? Or have you received five prize emails, and one of them does not have a code inside?

when it askes for "Which Microsoft account are you trying to get back into?" i wrote the email then it says "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist."

the parent email address is spelled wrong so it doesn't exist and won't let me accept
