Accidentally Uninstalling A Game

My internet connection here is not very good nor fast and my Xbox One drops connection often and downloads pretty slow. I don't like it but I don't have any other options at this time. It literally takes me weeks to download large updates and I'm constantly
telling the Xbox to try and install them throughout the day. I was recently updating Ark: Survival Evolved's 24.21GB update when I has a small slip of the finger. After one of the many times I reconnected I went to click on "Resume Installation" but instead
I accidentally clicked on the option directly below it: "Uninstall." And it did. All 32.72GB of the game, any updates, and the progress on the current update completely gone. No "Are you sure you'd like to uninstall Ark? You will need to download this game
again if you'd like to play it in the future." Just gone. The thing that bothers me the most is that the option to uninstall a game completely, without any kind of warning or confirmation, is one accidental flick of your finger below the option you need
to select to install the updates.

Now, I see the Xbox One updating constantly. It seems like every week I turn it on and there is another update. Is there any way Microsoft could put it in the console to require confirmation before completely deleting games? Just a simple prompt to "Uninstall"
or "Cancel" would have saved me the months it is going to take to download that game again. As a secondary idea, why not move "Resume Installation" away from "Uninstall." The
option to uninstall a game should not be so easy that a player accidentally does it. Ever. That should be done intentionally.

Softmodded Xbox help?

I have a softmodded Xbox (I used MechAssault and AID). I accidentally uninstalled MS-Dash, reinstalled it with AID, but now it is no longer my default dashboard (it boots to a black screen). How can I set MS-Dash as my default dashboard?

 

Games uninstalling

My games have completely uninstalled themselves. I am the only one with curremt access to it and clearly did not choose to do this. I would like to know why my device has done this as Im completely flustered and am considering getting rid of my Xbox and
just keeping my PS4 because now all of my current saves are gone. Not too sure I want to keep a console that deletes all my progress ON ITS OWN WITHOUT MY SAYING SO.
