    Pretty sure this ship is sunk, but I want to try every avenue before I give up.

    I was trying to cash in on the gamestop promotion this weekend, free game & controller, but I wanted to wipe my data. So I did a factory reset, which completed. During the setup portion I was making a new gamer profile when I accidentally brushed the off
    button. Powered it back on & nothing. No green screen, just black.

    Tried multiple power cycles, hard resets, and even the offline diagnostic. I can get the double on indication & it seems to access the thumb drive for a minute, but the Xbox one never displays anything on my tv.

    I turns on from the controller still, eject function still works, etc. So I assume the bios is intact, just the software hung somewhere and its being stubborn.

    It seems silly to me to spend 115 on sending my console in to get swapped. And I am really bummed I will miss the promotion. I would be very happy just to get my launch console working again. Any ideas?

    I Can't turn off 3D on my Xbox

    I somehow accidentally turned on 3D on my Xbox one S and I can't turn it off because the 3D box is grayed out.(I have a 3D tv but it isn't compatible)

    Before trying the offline diagnostic tool, try holding the logo on your console until it turns off, unplugging the power cord from the back for 5 minutes and trying again. If that doesn't work, I would try the offline diagnostic tool.
