Accidentally suspended my friend

I contacted support about this problem. My Xbox one gamertag is , and I reported one of my real life friends, we were messing around and didn’t know it was going to get this serious and ended up with him getting suspended for a week, my friends
gamertag is SuperAdri467. He tried to make a case review because he didn’t know I reported him, and he was eventually denied. Now I feel really bad about this situation, and wondering if you guys could support me to unsuspend his unrightful suspension.

My Account was Suspended Accidentally..?

To Whom It May Concern,

I recently posted a Kinect video from Upload Studio to my Xbox Live activity feed and was very excited to share it. I titled the video: "The Force Awakens". It features me swinging my brand new, custom-made lightsaber. However, within minutes of posting
it, it was marked and I received my first ever Xbox Live Enforcement message (I've been an Xbox Live member for ~14 years).

I believe somebody must have mistaken it for a clip of the movie, Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. However, I can assure you that it, indeed, was me in the video. I'm pretty sure JJ Abrams didn't film Star Wars inside of an apartment; a fact that
anybody who has seen the film would realise.

The video that I uploaded to my activity feed I had also chose to upload to OneDrive, which I have uploaded to YouTube. The video can be seen below, and you can be assured that there is:

- No Copyright Infringement (this was an ad hoc video featuring only me and my lightsaber)

- No Sexually Explicit Material (I am fully clothed)

- No Hateful Speech (I don't even speak)

Video in question that gave me a suspension, that, quite surprisingly, I cannot even dispute a case on the Enforcement Team website:

Accidental report against friend

I accidentally reported a friend while we were just fooling around and it actually managed to go through and get the person banned, there’s no reason to keep them suspended and i would like to get it lifted because all i was doing was intending to delete
the message please if it’s not too much to ask can you please unbann my friend

 

Submitting a case review is the only way he could possibly have the suspension lifted. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else he can do. He would have been suspended because he did something to violate the code of conduct, not
just because you reported him.

 

Xbox support told me to do this.

 

Unfortunately support is known for giving incorrect information regarding issues they don't directly handle. The enforcement team no longer uses the forums.
