Accidentally redeemed two codes for Gears of War Ultimate Edition on same account

While testing, if a recently bought code has been used already, i have accidentally redeemed it myself like 10 minutes ago. The touchpad on my Macbook was to responsive unfortunately.

The point is: I already have that game. I have redeemed a code like 3 weeks ago, but still "https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode" was able to
confirm the code. I thought there would be an error or something, but nothing like this occurred.

So is there any way to recover the code?

Please help me. It was intended as a present for a friend. :/

Accidentally deleted gears of war 2,3 codes from ultimate edition

Hi, I purchased Gears of war ultimate edition day one last year when it came out. When you purchased those you received codes for Gears of war 2,3 and judgement. Well I redeemed gears of war judgement but I accidentally deleted the message with the codes
to gears of war 2 and 3. Am I able to get those codes back?

They directed me here, because their possibillities were exhausted... :/

Now i have paid for the same game twice...?!?

 

You can try contacting support again. They would be the only ones who can do anything.
