    Accidentally redeemed my Xbox card


    I bought a $15 Xbox card trying to buy the season pass for the wolf among us on my Xbox 360, but ended up accidentally redeeming to Microsoft account. Is there any way to get it back?

    How long is the membership from the card?

    Is it possible you could have accidentally redeemed the card on a different account?

    You redeemed the code to Microsoft Account or You used your Microsoft Account balance to buy the game?

    If You just have redeemed the code to Microsoft Account there is no difference, You can use your balance to buy Xbox games even so

    But If You bought the game so can ask for a refund, in this case You have to explain what happened to Xbox Support

    Should of mentioned this earlier but I was going to get the game for the Xbox 360 which had the season pass for the episodes.

    In the Microsoft store they don't sell the season pass for it.

    You can't use your Microsoft Balance on Microsoft Store, You can only do this to Xbox One games, to do It to You must do It from Xbox 360.

    You can only spend your credit with Xbox 360 content If You do this from Xbox 360

    In the Microsoft store they don't sell the season pass for it.
