    Accidentally purchased the same movie twice


    I downloaded Interstellar HDX on the VUDU app. Unfortunately I accidentally purchased Interstellar HD as well. Is it possible to receive a refund for the Interstellar HD accidental download? I contacted VUDU support and they provided me with a reference
    number of 150409-000532 for a duplicate purchase.

    I accidentally purchased the movie Unbreakable in french. I then repurchased the movie in english but now i csn only watch it in french please help.

    Support are very forgiving in most instances of accidental purchases and will often surprise you despite what some people may say, had you watched the movie it would of course be another matter, good luck getting your points refunded.
