    Accidentally purchased something, now I need a refund. :(


    Hello.

    I was searching a Destiny expansion to buy (The Taken King) but unfortunatelly I accidentally purchased the wrong one (Destiny-Erweiterungspass kaufen – Microsoft Store de-DE) which I already have. So, conclusion,
    I want to cancel this and get a refund.

    Please, don't throw me in a exhaustive loop telling me to go to xbox one billing support. From there I'll have to go to forums and get here again.

    I'm from Brazil, so the purchase was made using a Brazilian live account using a credit card.

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately like you said, I would recommend contacting Xbox Billing Support. They are the only ones who can issue refunds. Nobody on the forums has access to that type of information. Billing support should not tell you to go to the forums with this type
    of issue.

    I just used the chat support option, the attendant solved the problem. Accidentally purchased something, now I need a refund. :( :)

    I am afraid if purchased for the wrong account it cannot be transferred to another. You may be able to get the charges refunded then purchase it on the second account. You would need to speak to a support agent regarding an accidental purchase refund
