Accidentally purchased game and can't speak to anyone

Hi, I just purchased an XB1X 2 days ago and activated one year of XBL at that time. I thought that I also had something called Game Pass, but I have since realized that I never activated. I have never purchased any games from XBL before, but I have noticed
quite a few free games.

Some came with games I purchased (about 15 games or so on release date) and some were from XBL membership, and some I thought were from Game Pass. Anyway...

I thought that some off these games revolved, so I was combing through everything and trying to make sure that I was getting all the free games. Well some games did not have prices listed. I thought they were free! So I got Asassin's Creed only to realize
afterward that it cost me $19.99! I missed the last screen where it showed the price.

I immediately canceled the order, erased any bit of the game that was queued, and have been trying since them to find someone from MS to talk to, but MS support is closed. Please help me work this out, folks. Thank you! I obviously don't understand the way
that the XBL ecosystem and VB1 interface works, coming from one of those *other* consoles...

MONEY TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT

Any way of contacting microsoft or xbox. 3 phone calls have resulted in hanging up after 45 mins, 2 attempts requesting a ring back and not getting one and impossible to find an e-mail address for anyone. They have taken £50+ from my account and I want
to speak to them about it. my son accidentally purchased a game he already has. He has not played the game but I can't speak to anyone to sort it out. Should I put a complaint via my bank?

So i accidentally purchased too many gamer points to buy my season pass to Breaking Bad. how do i go about getting a refund on the gamer points i accidentally purchased?

I am afraid if purchased for the wrong account it cannot be transferred to another. You may be able to get the charges refunded then purchase it on the second account. You would need to speak to a support agent regarding an accidental purchase refund

Unfortunately there isn't a higher up that you can email or speak to. I would just ask again.

I can't speak for anyone but myself but I pay for the service for gaming not much else. Now, because I can't play any games. Fix it and FIX it right the first time.

Don't you have to click through a couple of screens before you actually purchase it? I can't see accidentally purchasing a game unless you are just really not paying attention. You still have to hit the Confirm Purchase option before the transaction is complete.
