Accidentally paid for game pass

My son used my card to buy game pass and when i try canceling it it wont give me my money back. What should i do

There are times when, depending on the length of the subscription, you are able to receive a refund upon cancelling your subscription. However you can

request a refund for an Xbox subscription from your end.

I would encourage you to do that, as the whole refund procedure is all now just run via this self-service option. If you are experiencing difficulties with completing your request, then I would implore you to try

Please keep in mind if he upgeaded it wouldve only have been 1 dollar upgrade for a month if upgraded tp ultimate gamepass

If he did so I wouldnt as its only 1 dollar and he would lose thw previous subscription he had so if he had a year then you forfeit that year and you would only get the 1 dollar back

they don't allow removal due to people accidentally removing something they either want or paid for, there has to be some record of the transaction free or paid too.
