Accidentally messed up recovering my hijacked Xbox account

Hi, my name is Connor and my account got hacked. I accidentally accepted a code from the authenticator app. The hacker changed my email address and password and all my security information. So I couldn't get into my account at all.

I messaged the support chat 3 weeks ago and got an email saying how to retrieve my account. (I had to create a new email address for my Xbox account and login to that and they would transer it to that email address)

But I accidentally just made a whole new account with the email address they would transfer everything to.

Is there any way to still get my account back?

I would contact Xbox Support and see if there is anything else that can be done and to get more clarification.

It's possible to get it reversed... But I doubt they'll do it for an accidental mess up. My account got hacked and it was a 3 month ordeal to get my account back and migrated back.

all i need is a name change and my account to be properly recovered.. im not going to the fedz over some kid on xbox... its not harrasement its the fact ive been hacked and messed up my account.
